The only thing about this recipe that isn't too authentic is that it should be covered completely in sauce and then a layer of cheese then baked. With this tiny amount of sauce it would be so dry!

omgosh this was a great recipe. My husband (who doesn't like parm. cheese to begin with) LOVED this chicken. I will definitely add this to my dinner menu ;)

I made this tonight. Did the flour/bread crumbs in the wrong order. Used italian instad of panko. Used mozz and sharp vermont white cheddar (not much of each ). Forgot the hot pepper flakes bet that would have been yummy! Bottom line! With all my goof ups it was a great dish and I can't wait to try it again.
