I made this tonight for dinner, my husband just loved it!! He said that "you can't go to a restaurant in the city and have chicken Parmesan like this" and he says it like it is!! This will be my go to recipe for Chicken Parmesan.

I made this recipe in the past and it is without a doubt the best chicken parmesan I have every eaten. I did made my own sauce with a chilli sauce base, spices and tomato paste for a thinker consistency but everything else was exact. Wow it was amazing.

Absolutely delicious! Will never go back to making Chicken Parm any other way. Served for a small dinner party. Everyone was extremely complimentary and helped themselves to seconds and thirds! Thank you Chef John.

Chicken was not fully cooked. I baked breaded chicken first....then added sauce, herbs and cheese. Then baked or you can broil until cheese is melted.

I love how the chicken turned out! It was cooked to perfection, not raw but not dry. The only change I made was I added a bunch of seasonings because I like my food spicy.

I need some help with this....recipe calls for 1/3 cup of perpared tomato sauce, yet the directions state put 1/2 cup on each breast. How is this possible? Since I really prefer less sauce, I'll adjust to my liking.

To Jstarr: Look again; the video says to bake at 450F NOT 350F.
