Speedy Chicken Stir-Fry Video Reviews - Allrecipes.com (Pg. 1)

I used a different brand of dressing that was organic, so I didn't feel so badly about the "processed" ingredient. It had a lot less sodium, preservatives, and other ingredients I look out for. More expensive, but luckily it was on sale! Love that this recipe is so quick and easy. All my kids liked it and they're all picky! I also used an organic, unsalted, dry roasted peanut.

As much as I agree with the other people's comments regarding processed ingredients, this IS a recipe for a speedy meal. At least you can use organic chicken , broccoli, & noodles.

Is there no way of getting these recipes without having to watch a video? (Perhaps it's there and I'm just missing it!)

CA is right! Don't waste the stems! They are delicious when you remove the peel, or most of it. I tried the chicken stir fry recipe and it was so good! The Kraft sesame dressing made it easy and good, and it's such a simple recipe! Can't wait to make it again! EH

Unfortunately, I'm sure they were sponsoring the recipe.. The ingredients he mixed together (garlic, soy, etc.) is pretty much the sauce I use. I just add bullion and cornstarch.

This dish was absolutely delicious and flavorful! I substituted the angel hair pasta with rice noodles (no peanuts for me though). Can't wait to try it with shrimp.

The broccoli stems are tasty cut up and added to a green salad. They have a mild taste and really add a nice crunch.

Just wanted to remind people that all you have to for the bottom (stalks)of broccoli is peel the hard outside off with a paring knife to find the rest of great tasting broccoli. It is a complete wast to throw out. Cut it up anyway you like, the texture is even softer than a carrot, once the protective outer layer removed. Either steam to soften for a meal, add to your stir fry, or eat raw with a veggie dip if desired. Give it a try. You will kick yourself for all these years not realizing what you have been throwing out. I just grated some along with carrots to add to a meatloaf. Enjoy!
