I use eggs right from the hen house I just use a LOT of salt in the water bring eggs come to a boil in cold water boil for 10min let them cool for 15min. then peel under cold water WOKES every for the 50 years good luck

I have never had trouble peeling eggs. I also don't wait an hour to peel them. I simply place them in cold water, tap to crack them all over, roll them gently between my hands under cold running water, and peel. The shell peels off easily.
