The recipe is on the allrecipes web site, just search for lemon bars. I think the lemon bars turn out rubbery when they are over cooked and also don't over beat the liquid mixture about 30 sec is sufficient, not 2 min, sometimes over beating does something to flour, that may be why they are turning out rubbery. Hope this helps! Happy baking!!

Why can't you put how much of what ingrediant down at the bottom like you did with the oven temperature and bake time??? Other wise, the lemon squares looked EXTREMELY delicious!!! I just wanted to stick my hand throgh the screen and grab one for myself :)

Ok, so the first time I made these they turned out exactly like the video, they were AMAZING. The second time, they had no sugary top at all and were really rubbery ( I think this was due to leaving the egg in the lemon juice for too long before putting it back in the oven).I then tried to redeem myself by making yet another batch, I feel like I followed the recipe just right but again, no sugary crust and they seem to have a little more rubbery texture- can anyone PLEASE give me a pointer for what I might be doing wrong? P.S. the first time I used a different oven.. maybe that had something to do with it?
