i tryed the buttermilk chicken it taste like regular chicken... i bought the 1% BUTTER MILK AND I LET IT SOAK FOR SIX HR DID I BY THE WRONG BUTTER MILK ..AND WHAT TASTE IM LOOKING FOR ...I WASENT PLEASE WITH IT....

I am going to have to try this buttermilk fried chicken recipe one day. It looks very good. I have always been told that I make excellent fried chicken by all who has eaten it. Mine is lemon pepper fried chicken. I am no chef of course and I always love to learn new things so I will try it. Thanks! Chef

Thanks for the video! It was really helpful to see how this was done. I threw in some Johnny's seasoning salt for the first batch and it helped add a nice kick. I also used this recipe and a nice BBQ Honey sauce recipe and made a true treat!

Did every exactly as instructed, crust came out burnt. Chicken was barely above the dry level. We even cut down the cooking time.

As far as the disposing of the oil, my area has composting so they advised me to freeze the oil in paper cups (Dunkin,Starbucks or Tim Horton's cups) and then dispose in roadside composter on pick up day.
