@mo.ashori: I left out the bread crumbs and doubled the quinoa. I also left out the cumin. It is fantastic with dark red, no salt added kidney beans. If grilling on gas grill, oil the preheated grill with a paper towel. Fantastic! I also have made recipe and rolled into "meatballs" for home made tomato sauce and parmesan cheese if desired. Even loved by meat only husband!!
