If you go to the bottom of this page, you'll see "Food Wishes - You Tube". I got his measurements from there. You were close, nutterbuddy - he calls for 1.5T EVOO and 1.75t salt. And as he always says..."Enjoy!"

I think 1 tsp of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil should probably do it.

How much salt & olive oil? The video gives amounts for everything else.....I bake bread at home & it's usually 1 tsp salt for each cup of water but the oil varies a lot for different types of bread. I didn't see a link to the written recipe either.
