Good video; one request - please learn the correct pronunciation of Tzatziki. You are pronouncing the "T" separately which is very wrong and painful to the ears.

If you go to the bottom of this page, you'll see "Food Wishes - You Tube". I got his measurements from there. You were close, nutterbuddy - he calls for 1.5T EVOO and 1.75t salt. And as he always says..."Enjoy!"

I think 1 tsp of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil should probably do it.

How much salt & olive oil? The video gives amounts for everything else.....I bake bread at home & it's usually 1 tsp salt for each cup of water but the oil varies a lot for different types of bread. I didn't see a link to the written recipe either.
