In this video, Chef John shows you how to make baked chicken wings rubbed with the same spices used in pastrami seasoning—along with a little smoked paprika for extra kick. These are fast and simple to make for game day feasts or everyday appetizers. For these wings, skip the blue cheese dressing and go pastrami sandwich-style with a little Thousand Island on the side. Baked wings are perfect for parties—quick, easy, and no mess! You won’t miss the deep-fat fryer one bit. Get Chef John’s recipe for Pastrami Chicken Wings.
