I had never made wings before and tried this recipe with some substitutions based on what I had in my kitchen. White distilled vinegar for rice vinegar, Worchestershire sauce for soy, and accidentally doubled the amount of brown sugar... they were amazing! My husband ate them for dinner, breakfast the next day, and lunch until they were all gone. Thanks for the video, it was so helpful!

I used some garlic/ginger infused wok oil just to emphasize the flavors and the results were phenomenal. That being said, the recipe is wonderful as is. Thanks for the video.

My family tends to have plenty of chicken wings & porkchops in the freezer & right now, that's ALL i have so i was looking for new recipes cause i'm tired of the basic fried/baked recips & would love to try this....i have the brown sugar, hot sauce & buffalo wing sauce, soy sauce but not the vinegar u metioned or garlic & there a good sauce i can make with just the brown sugar & some cinnamon??

I need help with this. I nailed this recipe on my first try, but now everytime I wanna try it again, the wings come out moist no matter how long I have them in the oven. The sauce has been the easiest part and the wings are still good with the meat falling off the bone, but that's not what I'm going for.

I made this recipe as is and it was fantastic. It is a keeper. Easy clean up with the foil. I love deep fried anything, but with the price of oil, it's nice to have a great baked wing recipe.

I tried these and was not impressed. I followed the recipe exactly but it seemed like they needed a bit more seasoning. Don't think I'll be making these again. I'm looking for that wing recipe that is just "WOW" but this was not it.

I love wings that are fried. Glad to see an oven-fried recipe that works. This recipe is a lot like my own- I use a pre seasoned flour in addition to seasoning my wings overnight. I only like the flat part of the wing. Luckily there is a store that sells only the flat part in my area. The flat is also called the 'second section'

Can these wings be deep fried? I wanted to use this recipe for a family 'wing cook-off' and there will just be deep fryers. Also, would it be OK to take the sauce, already made, to put on the chicken after it's fried?
