I tried these and was not impressed. I followed the recipe exactly but it seemed like they needed a bit more seasoning. Don't think I'll be making these again. I'm looking for that wing recipe that is just "WOW" but this was not it.

I love wings that are fried. Glad to see an oven-fried recipe that works. This recipe is a lot like my own- I use a pre seasoned flour in addition to seasoning my wings overnight. I only like the flat part of the wing. Luckily there is a store that sells only the flat part in my area. The flat is also called the 'second section'

Can these wings be deep fried? I wanted to use this recipe for a family 'wing cook-off' and there will just be deep fryers. Also, would it be OK to take the sauce, already made, to put on the chicken after it's fried?

I loved ...loved loved these !! Yum Yummmo. Understatement. I did add lime juice, & thai chili garlic sauce to the pre floured or dredged stage. Then I refrigerated them for a few hours. I then added 1/3 cup of honey to the sauce mix that you boil. I then, after coating the wings left them covered in the oven for about ten minutes. I did add a little more sauce after. YUMMMMMMM. 5 stars.

Tried these for dinner tonight and they are awesome!!! I used the wrong kind of Asian hot sauce for the garlic-ginger sauce, but a little improv, and all was well! Thank you so much!!

This sounded so yummy I backtracked the link until I found the actual recipe. It wasn't easy, since it was so old. It would help if a permanent link to a text version of the recipe could be included with each video!

Loved this recipe. I substituted ingredients that I did not have. I did not use ginger, and instead of rice vinegar I used apple cider vinegar and regular vinegar. Turned out great!
