So I'm wondering about the comments here. If they were trying to share something important or rather, if it was important for them to be right. I've been cooking for over 30 years and was trained in the old style. If there is anything I've learned, in the world of the culinary arts nothing, with a few exceptions, is carved in stone, and that there's pretty much a million ways to make anything. So why not keep your myopic views to yourselves. That'd be grand.

PERSONALLY I THINK YOU CAN MAKE THEM ANYWAY YOU ENJOY THEM. I PERFER CORN AND MY HUSBAND PERFERS THE FLOUR SO I MIX IT UP AND THEY ARE GREAT!
