Lean turkey gets jazzed up with a sweet and spicy sauce. In this video, Chef John shows you how to make turkey cocktail meatballs with orange cranberry glaze. It’s a healthy variation on the classic beef meatball appetizer, perfect for entertaining at the holidays. You’ll learn why it’s important to let the turkey mixture sit in the fridge to set a bit, and you’ll see a great tool for making small, uniform-size balls. Discover a simple way to quickly turn the meatballs as you brown them on all sides. Get Chef John’s recipe for Turkey Cocktail Meatballs. The cranberry sauce is the perfect counterpart—spicy and sweet—and the red and green peppers give the sauce a festive holiday look. See more Chef John videos >>

I love the little know fact at the end. Seriously, the recipes looks simply and tasteful not to mention healthy. I will be adding this to my family's dinner menu. My red meat and potatoes family will eat this in silence, since they'll only have time for stuffing their faces.

Cracking up listening to this comichef John!!! Ie," most of the people eating these are going to be, ya know, pretty drunk" " canned cranberry jelly, ribbed for your pleasure", "you know, its a ball, it doesn't have a side", "me and my friends, we eat it right out of the pan, we're savages" " if you want to be all Martha Stewartie, use a chaffing dish" Hysterical!!
