instead of crabmeat or imitation crab which is cod, Pollack, & haddock fish, use shrimp, scallop or lobster meat, instead. Or use both shrimp & scallops together with above recipe. If you are like me allergic to crab or imitation crab, use the above ingredients mentioned instead. Also for an allergy to pepper spices, yes that means black, white, red, cayenne, paprika, sage, or poultry spices. I use Clubhouse Italian seasoning with the red lid-the red lid contains the vegetable in the recipe. Or coriander for pepper spice exchange. Also use turmeric instead of paprika in recipes.
