I was excited to see this recipe until I saw you adding the canned soup. So many of us are avoiding processed foods like canned soups. I would make a sauce with soy, tapioca flour, boullion, etc. instead of using the canned soup. I like the rest of the recipe though.

Nice little recipe..It is a lot of salt though. There is no need for the celery salt since you're adding celery already. I didn't get why it calls for all those carrots to cook for 5 hours then add more carrots and veggies for last hour. My crock pot can cook very hot so I added all vegetables the last hour, with onion and 2 garlic cloves. Plenty of time for sauce to take on all the flavors of the vegetables without them getting soggy. Instead of the canned soup I made a white sauce using corn starch and home made chicken broth instead of the bouillon. Turned out perfect.

Looks very good & with a lower salt content would be even better. I will try it this week- end in my slo-cooker & let u know how it cones Out. Thanks for this great idea!!!
