Made this exactly like the recipe dictated, absolutely delicious. My husband doesn't like leeks, but he thought this was divine. Exquisite, white wine, crusty bread, yum.

I think I'm going to try this, but since I despise fennel (which I shouldn't since I'm Italian), I'm going to use artichoke hearts instead.
