I made the Chicken Parsemean Bake and it was delicious. One of the easiest dish to make. I plan to share this receipe with others. My family love it also.

I just made this exactly how the recipe was written and it turned out perfectly. Husband loved it. Just make it as the chef wrote it! The red pepper flakes give it a nice kick.

Please, people. I really wish you would all stop picking apart a recipe and then going in to all your modifications. Do us a favor and make the recipe and then give your review. This man is a chef. I get a huge kick out of all the "experts" on here who immediately start critiquing this and talking about how it is not baked long enough! Chicken doesn't really take very long to cook, partic. in one layer like this. I am not going to do this in steps, or alter the recipe in the least. If it turns out wrong, THEN I'll modify it.

This recipe sounds delicious ~ i think that i will cut up my chicken into small pieces and saute and then follow the recipe.

Perhaps a chickn zap in microwave prior to bakng? Meanwhile the entire time I viewed the video...All I saw was PORK CHOPS...so will give then a try...

This is a great recipe but chicken breasts must be cooked well. I agree with Chad and StewCook. I put my chicken breasts in the oven with the sauce ONLY and cooked for 45 minutes covered. Once chicken was cooked I added the cheese and croutons I put back in oven for 20 minutes. Same recipe but safer. Thank you Chef John!
