Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle Lime Dressing

In this video, you’ll see how to make healthy fish tacos on the grill, served with a tangy, spicy adobo and lime juice dressing. To make the marinade for the tilapia filets, you’ll simply combine honey, garlic, spices, and hot sauce with lime juice, olive oil, and vinegar. The marinated tilapia takes no time to grill. Then combine the grilled fish with your favorite fixings (shredded cabbage, cilantro, tomatoes) and drizzle over the wonderful dressing made with the adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers, cumin, and some light sour cream. Watch the video, then get mabcat’s top-rated recipe for Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle Lime Dressing. What a tremendously tasty way to get more fish into your family’s diet!

I found that marinating the fish with a Lime and Vinagar mixture was unneccessary and made the Fish too Mushy! The sauce was great !!

Don't see why not. I always keep plain, low fat Greek yogurt on hand but no sour cream. So I always substitute the with the yogurt, even in baked potatoes. Tastes about the same, healthier for you.

I'm also wondering about substituting yoghurt for the sour cream...
