The tomato sauce for pasta pomodoro was incredible and the vinegar is a must really makes the sauce! Do not use a whole box of pasta, only half!!I Use Fresh tomatoes and fresh basil is essential. I cooked Hot Italian sausages on the grill to add to sauce makes it a hearty meal. Delish!

NEVER add oil to the water...sauce will not stick to the pasta. Cardinal sin!
