Barbecue Ribs

In this video, you’ll see how to make spicy and sweet pork spareribs. A little rum adds a surprising depth of flavor to the sauce. Best of all, these ribs take just 15 minutes to prepare. You can bake them in the oven the day before, then finish them off on the grill, basting them as you go. Watch the video, then get SEEsign’s top-rated recipe for Barbecue Ribs. So saucy and finger-lickingly delicious! Don’t forget the napkins.

I would like to know if anyone knows the recipe, for the brazilian/portuguese pork ribs they sell in NJ. I have been looking for it all over the internet to no avail. These ribs are cooked between 30-45 minutes in a pit, and they have no sauces on top whatsoever. They are dry on top with no rub, nicely cooked. Go great with rice and french fries. I know they use the piri piri sauce while cooking them! Can anyone find their recipe? I live in Hawaii and, I don't travel that often but, I am dying to cook ribs like those!! Please someone help.
