this recipe is not too good in explanation, if you have never worked with flour, your going to have problems. takes more than 9 cups of flour, youll have to work with it. and add more flour, the doe is very eleastic, so be prepared to do a very heavey clean-up. not as easy AS IT LOOKS

Mike32 in the recipe you wrote you say 1/4 cup hot water in the video it says 1 quart. big difference there I would think you would need the one quart since there are 9 cups of flour in this.

Fabulous new edition, I have been with all recipe since it's conception and it's always improving. As with everyone else the printable recipe with the video would be excellent. Thanks for making my holidays dinners spectacular and my home cooking delicious.

I love this concept - story behind the recipe, very cool! and the video was nice! I want to try these, but the recipe in the video is very different from the one that is linked (grandmas clover leaf rolls) - the video recipe (typed out in comments above) calls for oats and calls for adding 6 c more bread flour after the initial rise. The recipe link under the video (only shown on the allrecipes homepage) is for a different clover roll recipe (no oats & calls for 1 egg)... I want to see the actual recipe shown in the video since I am not sure about the process (adding more flour after the first rise seems odd...?)

I have the same mixer! I've done similar rolls, but the dough looks a lot more sturdy in this recipe. I look forward to trying it out!

Here it is:(Have a good baking time ;)) Clover Leaf Rolls(From video) Ingredients ¼ cup hot water ½ cup sugar 2 tbsp yeast 9 cups bread flour 2 cups regular oatmeal ½ cup melted butter 1 tbsp salt Directions - Add in a bowl the hot water, sugar and yeast and let sit until yeast begins to grow. - Add the bread flour, oatmeal and stir until combine. Let it rise until puffy double in size. - Add butter to dough mixture and continue stir; add the rest of the bread flour. - Add the salt and mix until flour is incorporated. - Knead until dough is smooth and elastic, divide risen dough into smooth balls, cut to size of cherry tomatoes. - Place 3 balls in each section of a grassed standard muffin tin. - Bake at 375ºF for 38 min. - Remove and enjoy!

I do believe that you can just look the recipe up. I actually came from the recipe link to the video. On another note, I LOVE making bread, so this one is going to be tried out tonight!

I agree you need to have the recipe writen on this page or be able to go to it and print it off.
