Italian “Sausage” Baby Back Ribs

In this video, you’ll see how to make baked baby back ribs rubbed with traditional Italian sausage flavorings. For starters, that means fennel seed, a signature flavoring in Italian sausage. You’ll grind them up and combine with other seasonings to create a dry rub. You’ll also see how to make a simple sweet-and-tangy glaze for your tender, succulent ribs. Bake these ribs until wonderfully fork tender. This is incredible football food. Watch the video, then get the recipe for Chef John's Italian “Sausage” Baby Back Ribs. For best results, serve with cold beer!

These are awesome, just the way Chef John posted them. The only deviation I made was that I couldn't find hot chili paste, so I substituted chili garlic sauce. I've already made it twice in the last 2 months and have ribs waiting that I bought last night. Thanks for the recipe Chef.
