I totally agree with Antha. Why bother to make and post a video if you don't give the proportions of ingredients? shame on you.

When I looked at the how to video, I wanted to know the actual recipe. Such as how much flour to water? This is obviously for someone who has never deep fried before. Don't think I will use this sites "how to" again.
