This is a great recipe, but could be so much healthier by omitting the sugar and all the salt. As many has stated, replace the celery salt and garlic salt and leave the salt and sugar out completely. Learning to taste again all the wonderful herbs without sugar and a lot of salt take a bit of getting used to but eventually tastes SO much better. I would replace the celery salt with celery seed and the garlic salt with fresh garlic when mixing the dressing!

I won't use garlic salt. Just garlic. Then maybe a pinch of salt. Everything else sounds wonderful.

Low salt diet for me, so this will not work for me personally

You may not be noting that this makes 1/2 cup of mix, of which you only use 2 T per the liquid ingredients to make a whole bottle of dressing...of which you would only use a small portion for an individual salad. 'Til you get to the individual use, I'm guessing the salt ingredients would be considerably diluted.

My husband is on a low salt Diet- I would replace the garlic salt with garlic powder, celery salt with celery seed, and use "No-Salt". I am on the hunt for recipes I can adapt to low salt.

There is no way I'd have that much salt in anything! 2 Tablespoons! Then the tablespoon of garlic salt and celery salt and onion powder. It may lack preservatives, but you wouldn't call it healthy by any stretch.
