These look great! But remember...make sure your day is free because this is an all day process! I never made this particular recipe...but I did make a similar one about 20 years ago. It would be best if you had at least one other person because the process involves several steps. You can make your potatoes a day ahead...along with the dough and the chopped onions. Plus I usually add longhorn cheese to my mashed potatoes...it's a great addition.
