of course this will be bland, it's not seasoned! Salt, pepper, olive oil...

I followed the recipe exactly, an hour is to long - the chicken was dry and the stuffing was bland - I do wish I would have read other comments before cooking because I believe it would have been more appetizing

Can I use something other than spinach? I don't like spinach. Thank You.

I browned this in a cast iron pan with olive oil in the pan about 4 minutes on each side before placing in oven. Used two slices of bacon. Also placed foil over most of pan. Did not use tooth pick as the bacon held in place on its own. This turned out great. Maybe add some mushrooms?

And don't cook it more than 350 for about 25-30 min.

First, salt and pepper the spinach mixture. Second salt, pepper and garlic powder in the chicken breasts... inside and out- completely. Don't be stingy.. 2 slices of bacon for each breast. Bake UNCOVERED so the chicken gets a nice appetizing look. NOW you have a decent looking dinner!!!

Susie, the spinach has 2 cloves of garlic mixed in w/the feta and mayonnaise. I'm also wondering about this cooking covered the whole time @ 375 degrees. Wondering about a lower temp (350?) and take the cover off for the last 10/15 mins. ? Too pale and the bacon looks flaccid and undercooked.

This sounds good, but looks very pale and unappetizing. Maybe a little sprinkle of Paprika would help.

Looks like a great recipe, but other than the fresh parsley, Where's the seasoning. I would think it would be flat tasting without at least salt and pepper and garlic.
