They sell already grilled chicknn by Purdue.,that I'm adding..the original Caesar, th sy server would do it at your table.,always/a wodeen salad bowl, then they took the raw garlic and rubbed all over the bottom the salad bowl.,tossed out/egg yolk/anchovy ..I do miss that egg yolk, it takes it to an amazing level/ but I can not longer take chances with raw foods., the croutons i would season/butter or oil/season with herbs.,toast in oven.. It makes a huge difference. And this salad once tossed must be eatren,,for me I make the dressing in in ball small jar/shaking real well and taking portions of salad since I'm eating for one:-) :-)
