Been doing things like this for most of my cooking life. One star because, first, they are not "THE ULTIMATE TWICE BAKED POTATOES. Second, 176C/350F is too low a temperature for one hour of cooking. Third, tried but found this mixture too wet and sloppy and certainly not creamy. Sour cream and milk OK but too much milk and the milk should be warmed before using. Oh! Not everybody eats or likes pork products. 'nuf sed. Thanx all. plamuk aka travellingchef

Tried this ...awesome...and to those that complain about the ingredients and the name, that is what SHE named them...not you, if you do not like an ingredient....don't use it...I do not like haggis, but I am not going onto the recipe and complain about it. A recipe is a guide...not a rule, that is why you see so many recipes with many variations. Love these potatoes !!!

The video does say 350 degrees for about an hour or until...etc. Every potato is different and every oven is different. If you have any experience cooking at all, you would know that. As for the name, it is her creation and she has the right to name it whatever she wants. If you on't like the name, call it whatever you want. As for being wet and sloppy, my potatoes were not at all as you described yours. Maybe your potatoes were small and required less milk. That is a judgement call when you are mixing them. Mine were great and my family loved them. My go to recipe for Ultimate Twice-Baked Potatoes. Thank you ponygirl64
