I have been making noodles for fifty years and the best flour to use for noodles is cake and pastry flour. All purpose flour makes the noodles tough. I do not use milk either. Joan I Osborn

My grandma never used baking soda OR baking powder - just eggs, salt, pepper, flour. She didn't use milk either. Her noodles were to die for!

Going to try this noodle recipe, except the video says to use baking SODA, and mentions nothing about baking POWDER. I'm going to "assume" I should use POWDER...Correct?
