Made this for Valentines Day !!! .... Hubby was so impressed!! Loved it Will def make this again ..... Took steaks out , and add tbsp brown sugar to Demi glaze DELISH .... Top it with sauté mushroom, poured glazed all over it !!!

Even though it seems slow to those who know, more or less, how to cook. Some people need the directions given slow enough so they can write them down for later reference. Does look delicious.
