THAT HORRIBLE WAY TOO MUCH FLOUR LESS THATN HALF A CUP AND THE OVEN 500 DEGREES I AM FROM YORKSHIRE AND MINE ARE LIGHT AND FLUUFY THREE EGGS LESS THAN HALF CUP FLOUR AND A TINY WATER THE MIXTURE SHOULD BE AT ONE CUP WHEN MIXED AND NEVER PUT BUTTER IN LARD OR OIL .DONT OPEN THE OVEN TILL DONE . THAT RECIPE IS DOUGHY.

I serve it with a variety of jams & jellies! Yummy and easy. I make the batter up the day before and stir it well before I put it into the pans.

Always added pinch of salt and water,not all milk,drippings or oil.

I've never made Yorkshire Pudding before and this recipe turned out beautifully! Just followed the instructions exactly. Wow!

Traditionally, hot fat dripping was used but people tend to go lighter and use butter.

I agree and butter is not used in traditional Yorkshire Pudding, hot lard!

I haven't checked out the recipe attached to this video yet but I would expect there to be a little salt added with the flour.
