After chunking up eggs I add 2 teaspoons of salad dressing, 1/4 tsp minced onion, , a small amount of choppedcelery and stir. I then add one crushed saltine cracker per egg. The soda cracker helps with gas, adds salt and keeps egg salad from getting watery.

I like my egg salad with Mayo, Mustard, Chopped real fine onions, & dill pickles, & salt, pepper, & garlic. Mix all together. Chill, & make sandwich on rye bread. YUMMY! Don't forget to add Montery Jack slice of cheese. I also like all this on wheat toast. Now that is a good egg sald sandwich. Nobody makes anything the same. But, I prefer this way. & Please don't forget slice tomatoe. By Dill Pickle. I mean chopped Collason pickle. Hope I spelled that right.

Hard boiled eggs is a misnomer. They should never be boiled - only simmered. You should place your eggs in a pan and add cold water to a level of one inch above the eggs. Then on medium heat bring the eggs to almost boiling. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to stand, covered, for 15 min. The whites will not be rubbery and the yolk will be a beautiful yellow color with no grey-green color around the perimeter,(that is, unless the eggs were old to begin with.
