You can make fresh Pesto easy. Just put fresh basil leaves and pine nuts in a blender and add EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. All these items are readily available at your local grocery.

this really is no more than chicken alfredo with some spinich thrown in and alittle pesto. nothing new

Can we get the nutrition information on the videos, please? I'm on low carbs. If I can see right away that something is in the upper range, I don't waste my time! But if the numbers are lower, I can work with them and make them where I can enjoy them.
