I made these before but i used more cookies and I used cream cheese frosting and made the balls with my hands

Be careful which candy coating you buy. I bought one that was so awful it was simply not edible. Even our friends spit them out. Good products= good results.

Cookie balls need to go in the freezer for 2hours They started to thaw when dipping them in melted chocolate. Also, melt chocolate slowly over low heat or low power in microwave. Delicious. Friends raved!
