Green Chili's are a great idea My family doesn't care for cream cheese. What could I use as a replacement?

I agree that enchiladas should be made w/corn tortillas, but some people prefer flour. This recipe would be good for either, but I'd add green chili salsa also. It looks pretty easy!

My enchiladas are not made with flour tortillas. I use Corn tortillas.
