Chef John is a hoot. What a gem he is, and his recipe looks pretty good, as well. Recently declassified secret ingredient--I really appreciate those secret ingredients. Chinese 5 spice--interesting.

bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. then turn oven temp down to 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
