I don't understand why people are still concerned about the fat.The right kind of fat like coconut oil,real butter,and olive oils are way heathier for the body than low or no fat.Foods cooked this way are not only healthier but tastier.Just stay away from the white process flour products.They are the cause of weight gain and ill health.

Vegan is when no animal products are used so whether eggs are a meat or not they are still an animal product. Vegetarian is when you don't eat meat, beef, poultry, fish, etc. but you do eat animal products, honey, eggs, etc.

@ yna: At the very beginning of the video it says to preheat the oven to 350*. Also, if you click the recipe link where it gives you the written recipe and you can print it and see the temperature as well. :)

I made this for my husband and it was the best eggplant parmesan that I have ever had. I did use homemade sauce and homemade Italian breadcrumbs.. Great dish!

hi. I would love to do this recipe.. im trying this tomorrow night.. I keepon watchingthe ide seral times and almost memorize it after couple of minutes but just need to know one more thing before I can make this tomorrow.I just didn't get on the last part where you will bake the eggplant for 35 minutes.My question is, what is the oven temperature while it is at the oven for 35 minutes? kindly please help me with this?? Thanks.

It looks delish and it's supper tonight. It definitely IS vegetarian, eggs that we eat are not fertilized so can not become chickens! They are a by product of chickens,like milk is a by product of cows.Perhaps your thinking vegan which it is not(uses eggs and cheese).
