Remi I use the dough setting on my bread machine for all hand formed treats and after my bread goes thru the first rise I turn out the dough on floured board & shape & put in regular greased bread pan &bake in the oven @ 375'. This never fails unlike baking in the machines and it tastes better, too.Don't be afraid to experiment.Have fun -- yeast dough is very forgiving as long as you don't over heat the liquid you dissolve it in.

My Family is driving me crazy! Make more mom!, make MORE. These are very good. Make sure your milk is warm and you have good yeast. The 1st batch I made didn't raise like it should have but they were good.

Dental floss works great as a "cutter." I find that knives squish the roll. How? Just pull off a length of floss (1 foot or so), slide it under the roll of dough, cross the threads and pull...nice round slices. This technique works great for refrigerator cookies in a "log" or any delicate foods you don't want to flatten!

I decided to overcome my fear of baking with yeast. It was time consuming and you had to proof the yeast. I started with 90 Minute Dinner Rolls.I now make my own hamburger and hoagie buns as well as focaccia bread from this basic recipe. Try dipping the dough balls half way in melted butter then grated parmesan or romano cheese. Let raise and bake as usual. Beautiful!Next I tried the 90 Minute Cinnamon Rolls. This recipe is nearly fool proof. I played with this recipe by adding nuts, raisins and craisins. I also added different glazes. Maple, orange, vanilla depending on the fruit or nut I added. Friends and family gladly eat up my experiments. Go Allrecipes!
