Love these cinnamon rolls. Am baking with my daughter, home from college, right now. Love "Pam's" suggestion about using dental floss to cut them without squishing. What a great idea!

Remi I use the dough setting on my bread machine for all hand formed treats and after my bread goes thru the first rise I turn out the dough on floured board & shape & put in regular greased bread pan &bake in the oven @ 375'. This never fails unlike baking in the machines and it tastes better,too.Don't be afraid to experiment.Have fun -- yeast dough is very forgiving as long as you don't over heat the liquid you dissolve it in.

Can't find d recipe for cinnamon rolls by Stephanie using a bread machine.... U did not mention about doing this recipe if bread machine is not available. Is it only possible if we use a bread machine or we can do it even without it? Pls reply ASAP and can u send via my email d recipe for this and also d recipe of ninety minute cinnamon rolls coz I wanna save it in my notes. Thanks I appreciate. It much , anyways, I tried doing d pandesal 1 recipe and it's good!!!!

My Family is driving me crazy! Make more mom!, make MORE. These are very good. Make sure your milk is warm and you have good yeast. The 1st batch I made didn't raise like it should have but they were good.

Can I put the 90 min cinnamon rolls in a later time in the oven after they raise from the 30 mins

doesn't the melted butter/milk mixture have to be a certain temp to activate the yeast? I have another recipe that says 110 degrees.

Dental floss works great as a "cutter." I find that knives squish the roll. How? Just pull off a length of floss (1 foot or so), slide it under the roll of dough, cross the threads and pull...nice round slices. This technique works great for refrigerator cookies in a "log" or any delicate foods you don't want to flatten!
