Chef John, I can not thank you enough for this recipe out there and your mushroom gravy which I made last night and it was fantastic. Never buying gravy in a jar or a packet again. Will make extra extra gravy water bath can it. Thay way I will always have all the gravy I need ready to go. Folks you just can not go wrong these gravy recipes. Thanks Chef John.

I so wanted to make this turkey wing gravy for the holidays but was not able to find turkey wings at the many meat departments I visited. However I did learn that there had been quite a run on requests for turkey wings that butchers were surprised about. Sounds like the word is out!

This recipe is great! My family loved this gravy. Easy for me to make ahead and make turkey day easy. This was better than my own 50 year old family recipe. Thank you for posting it.

I followed Chef John's recipe exactly and this turned out AMAZING! This was my first time ever making homemade was easy and the gravy was absolutely delicious. Love Chef John!!!

Yes, you should freeze it unless you are making it a couple of days ahead, in that case, refridge it.
