Recipe is very similar to one my falily uses for Christmas. Instead of Almonds we use walnuts or haselnuts. We let the mix rest for half an hour in the fridge. And after backing we simply put them in a soupbowl full of confectionarsugar with vanilla powder. If you make enough to store some away they get even better.
