I'm always looking for a recipe for a banana cake that has NO NUTS/RAISINS and is super moist. Not only banana cakes but ANY cakes/brownies/cookies/bar cookies that don't have nuts/raisins and ARE super moist/chewy,not dry or crumbles off your fork. :-) ~C~

I've added approximately 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and cinnamon as well as 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture. and about 1/2 cup of walnuts to the bottom of my (prepared)bundt pan. will let you know how this turns. I have a good feeling about this!! Thanks
