I tried the recipe this morning and to my surprise my picky boys ate them. I read some of the comments and went with mixing the wet ingredients together in a bowl together before I added it to the dry. Also using a bit of vanilla gives it a better taste. I read one person say that it was too much salt and when I tasted the batter I thought the same but when it cooks it's okay. I will probably use a bit less salt next time and a tad more milk.

Good Recipe. I used almond milk and added bit of vanilla. THEN used coconut oil to cook the pancakes. It makes the best crispness and the flavor is unmatched. Dont even need butter or syrup if you want to be healthier.

Just tried these for breakfast this morning. Yummy!! I followed the advice of some reviews and added less salt and a tsp of vanilla. I even added a dash of cinnamon. Will definitely add this to my favorites.

I agree with Despoinio, less salt is required. I added brown sugar and used Almond Milk in place of regular Milk. Turned out fabulous
