Watch the video again. Milk is added right after the flour mixture goes in. About a cup of milk is necessary for this recipe.

@acj181...if you watch the video until the very end you will see that milk is added to the recipe right after the flour is added and before the vanilla is added.

That looks very easy to make. Love the simplicity of the video. I would more likely make cupcakes out of it. A lot of people have found they have problems with wheat this would work well. TY

I substituted 1/4 cup brown rice flour in this recipe.The cupcakes shrunk after baking, any idea why?

In the yellow cake video, I didn't see any milk being used nor mentioned in the recipe but in the recipe description it does. Which one is correct? And if milk is required - how much is necessary?
