I do have a problem with mayonnaise and would just love to have some Gf cake mixes please. What I really would hope for is, say, a jar with 3 lots of Ziplocs. I could add ginger to one, chocolate to another and coffee to the last! I need gifts too! I make something like this Every 2 weeks and slice, put into Ziplocs and freeze. I have to do portions of sweet and savoury ready to take out for lunches, dinners and snacks. I have not got the time to stand in the kitchen every day but want to ensure correct foods.

Watch the video again. Milk is added right after the flour mixture goes in. About a cup of milk is necessary for this recipe.

@acj181...if you watch the video until the very end you will see that milk is added to the recipe right after the flour is added and before the vanilla is added.

That looks very easy to make. Love the simplicity of the video. I would more likely make cupcakes out of it. A lot of people have found they have problems with wheat this would work well. TY

In the yellow cake video, I didn't see any milk being used nor mentioned in the recipe but in the recipe description it does. Which one is correct? And if milk is required - how much is necessary?
