This is the potato soup that I already make with regular white or yellow onions . If I want to keep it Veggetarian style I place about 3 chicken boullion cubes in the water ,add a couple ribs of celery ,salt and pepper to taste. I don't add milk or cream because potato starch thickens on it's own. Otherwise I sometimes use ground meat and drop chunks of the raw ground meat into the already boiling potatoes and celery . Cook the potatoes and celery about 15 minutes before adding the ground meat ,wait 5 minutes to stir and lower heat to simmer and cook about 10-20 minutes more careful not to boil away potatoes to mush.
