was hoping you would show how you did the mini pies, the directions in the magazine are funny, if you cut the crust in fourth's one end will be pointy, how will they cover the whole pie plate>>>

This is the best! I also added one poultry seasoning and white wine to the sauce...delicious. I also cooked the chicken and veggies in chic. Broth, and used that for the sauce, also I used all my leftover veggies. My husband thought this was "gourmet!" Thanks for this great recipe!

I made this with leftover chicken, so I skipped boiling the raw chicken. It was excellent. I also had a few mushrooms in my fridge that were on their last days. I added them to the onions. The dish was excellent. So easy.

Yummy. I added a little rosemary to it and that gave it a bit stronger flavor if one likes rosemary.

I made this last night, yummy! I didn't have celery seed and the recipe didn't mention using chicken broth to cook the veggies and chicken in, but it still turned out quite delicious! Very easy to make, too. One pot cooking at its best! Loved it.
