This is how I grill corn on a gas or coal burning grill and it is always delicious. Absolutely turn your corn often and keep a good watch or they will burn very easily.

I have grilled corn many times, but with a delicious twist: I mix some BBQ sauce into the butter, then brush the corn with that mixture before grilling. Each kernel is infused with the flavour of the sauce, which is used to enhance the meat that is accompanying the corn. It is a win-win combination. If you don't like eating the corn on the cob, after grilling, use a fork or knife to fun down the cob and remove all the deliciously flavourful kernels, then just enjoy ;)

Our favorite cooking method is done by first soaking the corn In the husks for at least 30 minutes in a tub of cold water and then placing directly on the grill still in husks. turn every 5 minutes or so for a total of about 15-20 minutes. don't worry if husks burn, the corn will be absolutely delicious and not burned. let cool several minutes before trying to remove husks. the BEST!
