Preparing this tonight for my husband's birthday breakfast tomorrow. Substituting 6 eggs with egg-beaters. Using Stevia instead of sugar. But all that calorie reduction may be cancelled out by the raisin bread I'm using! oh-boy

Love the video! For years, I screwed-up my bread-making. Not bad, but just not right. It wasn't until I saw a video that I saw how pliable the dough was supposed to be. One video, and what-do-you-know! I can make bread, noodles, perogies etc. All because I saw it on a video!

This is a fabulous way to make French Toast, I loved it!! Blueberry sauce makes it taste wonderful. First class.

I make this every year for Christmas breakfast. I use bread I purchase at our grovery store bakery.
