These muffins look great and yeahhhh for the butter...lol. I'm going to make these now. You can always use your own judgement about butter or not without criticizing others. The only way my husband will eat them is split and spread lightly with butter or margarine. I'm glad he will at least eat them now as he wouldn't for years.

Low fat muffins with butter on top... seriously? Why do you always put butter on muffins? They taste and look just as good without it.
